Brooklyn Bakery, The Good Batch opens up a new Ice Cream Shop.

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. (Apr. 27, 2021) – The Good Batch Bakery in Brooklyn, NY has opened a new ice cream store, The Good Batch Creamery, across the road from the Bakery this last weekend. The first two days of the opening, Apr. 22 to the 23rd, customers can come to the creamery for a free scoop of their delicious ice cream. After the first two days, the creamery has stopped giving out free scoops, but anyone can go and buy some delicious ice cream.

 The bakery owners are Anna Gordon and her husband, Steve. They began their business selling stroopwafels at the Brooklyn Flea Market after his Dutch family shared that they missed their native cookie. In September 2014, The Good Batch opened its flagship brick and mortar bakery in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The new location of this business has murals of Brooklyn with their signature cookies and unique ice cream flavors on the wall. The new creamery incorporates the baked goods from The Good Batch into the ice cream, giving the ice cream a delicious taste and providing various flavors for the ice cream sold at the new location. There are ten different staple flavors, and they also have daily specials which appear on the chalkboard above the cash register. Customers have the option of getting ice cream right there or buying a pint or two to bring home and enjoy. The new store has already attracted many new customers as the Bakery is a well-known staple in Brooklyn. 

The Good Batch Bakery and creamery have bright and spacious retail spaces that provide their customers with delectable desserts and places for people to sit down and enjoy them. Since the Bakery has been open for a while now, the creamery has fit in seamlessly into the neighborhood. They have now expanded these desserts to ice cream with a mixture of their baked goods included. This new delicious creamery can be found at 995A Fulton Street Brooklyn, NY 11238 or reached at 347.889.5123 during business hours, Wednesday through Sunday 2 pm- 9 pm.
